We love fireplaces and we also love watching movies and TV shows.
Imagine sitting down after a long day, lighting the fire and turning on your favourite movie, only to realize that the classic style of the fireplace just doesn’t work. We were looking for straight lines and to be able to incorporate the TV, so we thought several times about the idea to combine fireplace and TV.
A fireproof plasterboard wall was built for the front of the fireplace, from floor to ceiling, a niche was made with reinforcement for hanging TV and another side niche to place the telecommunications equipment, so we managed to incorporate everything we needed to enjoy the fire and a good game of football.
