The house look out onto two streets and, as you have some unevenness, is divided into two levels.
The main purpose to renew it was to create more a comfortable and with a more fluid distribution spaces.
The house is perfect. It is perfect because you can have breakfast while contemplating the sea, due to its calm and colourful decoration, by its common spaces to enjoy in family, and it is also perfect because of the bedroom with bathroom and dressing room en-suite.
