The objectives with which the couple, owners of this house, were to achieve a functional space, with wide and open environments, with a certain loft air, and warm and current decoration. A home located in a residential complex 100 m from the beach, was presented to the study JGill interior design.
The main objective was to adapt the flat to their needs to make their dream come true.
Thus, the kitchen opens to the living room, and the study is part of the living room.
Two small rooms in the night area were integrated to become a suite with dressing room and bathroom.
A mini but ideal entrance hall, in which a white lacquered entrance cupboard was achieved, just like all the doors in the house (most of them sliding to gain space). A courtesy bathroom that is accessed through another area destined for wardrobes and a gallery in the kitchen is the laundry area.
The redistribution opens up the spaces, eliminates borders between the different rooms, and all the areas are visually connected. Oak on the floor and the color White Sand on the walls give harmony to the whole.
